Stephanie, the creator, was enrolled in her first diet at 12 and dieted for the next 25 years. At 40 she said no more left diet culture and began her liberation journey. The Going Beyond The Food Method™️ and Undiet Your Life curriculum is rooted in lived experience combined evidence-based approach to health.
Our health approach is weight-inclusive and reflects HAES® principles. HAES® supports women’s choice to pursue sustainable health behaviours that improve their quality of life, regardless of their weight or health status.
Our nutrition program follows the ten principles of intuitive eating, and Stephanie is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Our body image curriculum follows the body neutrality philosophy. Our mindset coaching framework is intersectional, and collaboration uses the Cognitive Behavioral Coaching Model.
Beyond the Food is a program created for self-identified women and facilitated by women who follow feminist philosophy.

How and when is the program & coaching be delivered?
Everything is online — we host women from all over the world. We host the student portal on our private website and the coaching via Zoom.

How much time is involved?
You can spend as little or as much time as you need. All ressources are pre-recorded and available on demands either via audio or video.
The coaching calls are scheduled and recorded, so you can make room in your calendar for those in advance, but recordings are always available for you to watch at your convenience.
Should I join if I want to lose weight?
Let’s be 100% clear: we are an anti-diet program. Our curriculum, community, and communication are 100% diet culture-free. We do not tolerate any discussions that refer to intentional weight loss, dieting, or any form of discrimination. We are here to help our students adopt and improve healthy practices, not lose weight—so if you are not ready to quit dieting or chase weight loss, this program is not for you.
What if I’m not a “practicing” feminist?
That’s not a problem. There’s no loyalty oath – we welcome any woman at any point on the spectrum of intersectional feminism. We are not a good fit for you if you believe that women are an inferior gender, must be thin to be valuable members of society, and not all women should not have equal rights. But other than that, you’re good.
