In Day 3 of the masterclass, learn how to stop stressing about your weight by managing other people’s thoughts and opinions about you.
The number one reason why women stop creating confidence is because they care more about others’ opinions than their own.
When your own opinion of yourself is shitty, it’s hard to stop stressing about your weight on your own. It makes total sense that you will seek others’ opinions in hopes that they’ll help you feel better.
Remember that as women we have been socialized to seek validation externally, so it’s normal to worry about others’ opinions. But here’s the truth: the idea that your own opinion of yourself doesn’t matter is a fallacy.
In order to stop stressing about your weight AND what others think about your weight, you’ll need to manage your mind.
Managing your mind includes recognizing that you can only control your own thoughts. This means that you also need to take responsibility for your emotions that result from your thoughts (not others’ thoughts).
When you learn how to manage your mind, you then have the power to create your own confidence. This is exactly what we’re doing in the confidence bootcamp.
