The one thing that is not in the dump is how I my instagram account I grown close to 2k n the last 6 weeks, after being at 7k for 5 years. I have an hypothesis why that is and it’s in part because of GLP-1… yup 😳. And before you ask: no I’m not taking a GLP-1 or trying to lose weight intentionally. My thoughts will be only in newsletter 😁. August in 10 video and photos. 2- Restarted couch conversation in my stories. Saving most to highlights. 3- the sunset views from my balcony never stop blowing my mind 4- family chilling 5- hiked a mountain and found a chapel 😳 6- went to see the Perseus meteor shower… but the sky had another plan for me. Saw none 🤷‍♀️ 7- geek out on my favorite topic history and archeology. 8- the fork mic has become an official branding on my talking head video ✅ 9- learning to cook on open fire 🔥 for my next car camping trip 10- got a new hair style and love it 😍 11- cooked a whole bunch a yummy food What was your highlight of August? if all a coach does offers is surface-level suppor if all a coach does offers is surface-level support, AI might genuinely be able to replace it. Health behavior change doesn’t come from information. New health behaviour emerge from a deeper relationship with yourself. A coach is there to hold you while you sit in the discomfort that actually allows for the new behaviour to emerge, consistently. A high skilled coach is able to detect he gap between what you say and how you say it. Your words say “I’m fine with this.” Your voice, your posture, your pace say something else entirely. That’s your nervous system talking underneath the sentence. A human coach hears both. AI only hears the sentence. So no.
