In today’s episode, we’ll explore eating intuitively with diabetes.
Can you blend intuitive eating and diabetes together?
I know this may feel counter-intuitive. As a matter of fact, I hear and get this question very frequently because let’s be honest, food restriction and weight loss are what Dr.Google tells us we must do in order to live with diabetes. Unfortunately, as with most health education available on the internet, it’s not the whole truth…or the truth at all.
I wanted to create the ultimate guide to help you with your diabetes journey and intuitive eating… and I did!
This is a collaboration with two colleagues that are expert in the treatment of diabetes under the lens of Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating.
