In this lab, I am extracting the entire coaching module of the Non-Diet Mentorship as a stand-alone program for you.

First, you will learn how to coach yourself. You’ll understand how your brain operates and how social constructs influence the way we think.
Plus, we’ll explore how to use this coaching framework to change your relationship to food, body, health, behaviour, and your business.
At the end of the day, your brain is your #1 asset in your business. If you don’t have a clean, clear brain – your business is going to struggle.
THE NON-DIET COACH LAB: FOR YOUR CLIENTS
This program is for anyone who coaches within the context of food, body image, weight, and health.
In fact, this is the coaching framework that you should (in my opinion) use to move your client through food, body & weight challenges in a safe way.
Once you have learned to effectively embody self-coaching, you can use our trauma-informed coaching framework to impact change with your clients.
THE NON-DIET COACH LAB: YOU’RE INVITED
This is a training for coaches to learn, build and master a collaborative & intersectional coaching framework that best supports the application of the non-diet approach, including intuitive eating, body neutrality and weight neutral approach to health.
WHEN: September 9th – October 4th, including a full-day intensive training on September 9th from 10am-4pm
WHERE: 100% online
WHO: Health coach, intuitive eating coach, body image coach, life coach, personal trainer, a licensed mental or health professional or in any position to work with people with food and or body image this is for you. (Max. 25 students self-identified as women)
