Weight gain. Yes, I’m a nutritionist and I’ve gained weight. I’m a woman and I’ve gained weight.
I’ve gained weight and I’m ok with it.
Just 3 short years ago, I would have never considered writing this, recording this. I was doing everything I could NOT to gain weight yet I was gaining weight. The more I try the less it worked.
In today’s episode, I’ll share my personal journey with gaining weight and how I’m living through it. Some will say “coping with weight gain” and I would have said the same things just 2 short years ago. Today, I’m fully at peace with it. How can this be?
