Weight loss: What if we got it all wrong?

Weight loss for decades as be sold to us in this way:

Burn more calories than you eat.

Clearly it doesn’t work. What if we got it all wrong?

Today, I share my thoughts on this topic & what I’m planning to do to change the way we view weight loss going forward!

Weight loss: Being philosophical

I have gained and lost more weight than I weigh today…

I’m an expert at gaining and losing and after fearing to lose my life over the consequence of it, I decided to go back to school and teach myself all I needed to know about the topic.

Guess what I have learned?

That what I had been taught about weight loss was all wrong… more than this, even those who think they know it ALL  are forgetting what is, in my opinion, the most important element…

I’m about to disrupt the world of weight loss. Will you be with me?
